Do I get all the videos together?
Yes. Once your purchase is complete, you will have access to the seven sessions, the bonus session, and all the downloads so you can go at your own pace.
How long is the course?
You'll get the most out of the course by taking a couple of months to work through all the material. There's about 5 or 6 hours of video training, but the biggest benefit comes from thinking through and answering all the prompts and questions in the workbook. I suggest you think, write, and then think and rewrite some more. Do this with all the material until you have your solid plan.
